Peggy Bassette had the honor of receiving Rookie of the Year award in her first year in Real Estate and has been a Top Producer for many years. She has led  the Bassette Group to be a Top 5 Team for the entire region of Virginia / West Virginia.  In addition, Peggy and Jim are members in good standing of the Prince William Association of REALTORS, Virginia Association of REALTORS,  the National Association of REALTORS and the Metropolitan Regional Information Listing Service.  However, Peggy and Jim feel that being REALTORS is about more than joining professional associations, they believe REALTORS should be involved in the communities where they work as well.  Peggy and Jim serve their community in many capacities from Homes for Heroes, Jim served as President of the Nokesville Business Association, Head Crew Coach for Potomac Senior High School in Dumfries, collecting food for SERVE, providing to the Homeless and supporting various local ministries.
